If you have finished artwork, of course, send it to us.
If you have simply a rough sketch or even a verbal idea, we have an expert graphics department on staff who will assist you in creating the most professional artwork, appropriate for the embroidery process.
Simplicity is always best
Embroidered patches are simply graphics translated into thread.
Trying to crowd in too many details, especially on a smaller sized patch will not yield the best results.
Text should be large and bold. Smaller text and intricate details should be reserved for larger patches (i.e. 5 inches and up)
Choose a patch size best suited for it's intended use
Shoulder and chest patches most commonly range from 3-5 inches.
The most popular size for motorcycle back patches is 12 inches, however they can range from 10-17 inches.
Fire and police patches are usually 4 inches, ranging from 3.5-5.5 inches.
The most popular size that we provide is 3 inches.
Select a process that is appropriate for your design
If you have a limited budget and therefore can only afford a 2" patch, but your design has excessive amounts of detail and you are hoping for photographic realism, it would be more appropriate to go with a printed patch rather than an embroidered patch.
